- Registering for Services: If you register for a Service, such as Habble our personalized health dashboard service, you must provide certain Personal Information to allow us to identify you for access and authentication purposes and for billing purposes, this information includes your full name; email address; and billing and payment information. We will use this information to register you for the applicable Service you wish to receive.
- Provision of an applicable Service to You: Once you have registered for an applicable Service then we will collect personal information from you that is relevant for the proper provision of that Service to you. For example, in the case of Habble, we will collect information from you that you choose to store, including, your name; email address; physical address, phone number, age, weight, body composition data, gender, family, medical and social history, current medical conditions, dietary restrictions, medications, allergies and treatment plans.
- Marketing Communications: If you separately opt-in to receive marketing communications from us, we will keep you up to date on our products and Services. You may withdraw your consent to receiving marketing communications from us at any time by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions in each communication.
- Analytics: We also collect statistics about use of the Website and the Services which we use for analytics including predictive analytics. Aggregate statistics that do not personally identify an individual will be kept by us and such aggregate statistics may be made available by us to third parties on an unlimited basis.
